Terms and Conditions – Best Rate Guarantee

The following terms and conditions apply to our Best Rate Guarantee Program:

  • A reservation must be confirmed through www.deerhurstresort.com
  • The guarantee applies to the room accommodation only for the duration of the stay and does not apply to any other charges including incidental charges, food and beverage, activities, service fees or taxes during the stay
  • Bookings within 24 hours of arrival date do not apply
  • The guarantee applies to the average rate for the stay
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of booking

This Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to, Priceline and Hotwire
  • Web sites that “package” travel, entertainment, hotel and/or food components such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay and restaurant voucher, etc.
  • Packaged rates that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other amenities
  • Discount rates offered to a select audience based on qualification; this includes but is not limited to Government, CAA or Senior Citizen Discounts
  • Unpublished rates that are not publicly available such as corporate negotiated or group rates
  • Variance in the rate due to currency exchange rates or rounding
  • This Guarantee is subject to change or revocation at any time
