The kitchens at Deerhurst are committed to the "eat local" food movement. Under the leadership of executive chef Rory Golden, Deerhurst Resort has been actively involved with the Savour Muskoka Culinary Trail since it's inception. Seasonally Deerhurst harvests it's own honey, herbs, shiitake mushrooms and maple syrup.

MAPLE

Open year round with operating hours fluctuating seasonally.
This modern yet classic eatery satisfies with the flavour of casual, home style dishes handpicked from Canadian and global tables, including flatbread style pizzas, sandwiches and even sushi.  Inspired by a mix of fresh greens, rich reds and warm golds, borrowed from the ever-changing groves of trees that shade our 780 acres, Maple is a great place to share favourite food, drinks and friends in complete comfort.  Deerhurst Lakeside golfers, stop by on your way to or from the course.

The Lobby Bar

Open year round with operating hours fluctuating seasonally.
Intimate and cozy, The Lobby Bar is a welcoming stop for pre-dinner cocktails, a relaxing nightcap, or a sampling of one or two casual plates by the glowing fire.

The Pool Deck Patio & Grill

Open during the month of July and August.
Chilling out is easy at this pool-side spot that also overlooks the lake. Take in Muskoka famous water views along with snacks, beverages and easy bites, al fresco.

THE HIGHLANDS Lounge

Open during golf season only.
Located at the Deerhurst Highlands course, adjacent to the pro shop, this popular 19th hole offers lunch, snacks and is a great stop for post-game drinks, including ice cold beer and some fine single malts.

Dining Plan

If you want to plan ahead, Deerhurst's dining plan can be added to your reservation.

Modified American Plan (MAP)
Dining Plan $67* per person, per night which includes:

• Hot full breakfast buffet (or equivalent.)
• 3-course dinner (appetizer, entrée and dessert) from the regular menu at Eclipse or Maple.
  

*Applicable tax and 15% gratuity are automatically added at time of booking. During their stay, weekend guests may upgrade to Sunday Brunch at Eclipse for a $9 surcharge per person. Please note, restaurant availability can vary throughout the year, please inquire when booking the meal plan.
