2010 Flavours Weekend series
Deerhurst Executive Chef Rory Golden and friends cook up an annual series of seasonal treats celebrating the best of Muskoka and Ontario farmers, producers, wineries and breweries. It's a natural considering Deerhurst harvests its own maple syrup, honey, herbs and shiitake mushrooms as well as foraging for wild leeks and working with 17 different local partners on the growing Savour Muskoka culinary trail.

Coming this summer-- the second edition of our sizzling Thrill of the Grill weekend featuring "King of the Q" Ted Reader plus a gourmet marketplace, workshops and more. It's the perfect place to drink in all the luscious flavours of summer.

*Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy (two adults per room) with up to two children 18 years and under sharing parents' room free. Rates shown are applicable to select accommodation, subject to availability and minimum stay requirements. (i.e. two night stays may be required on select weekends).
