About Serge Janjic, Sommelier

Serge Janjic is an internationally experienced wine educator, consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience. A sought after speaker and professor in the wine education programs at George Brown College in Toronto, he currently works with Treasury Wine Estates as a territory manager with their Heirloom Wine Group luxury wine division. He has honed his skills and experience at OliverBonacini Group, Steakfrites, Biff’s and his own establishment Mimosa Bistro & Wine Bar.  He holds his Sommelier Diploma from the International Sommelier Guild and was a quarter finalist at the 2013 World’s Best Sommelier competition in Tokyo.
