PAVILION CONFERENCE CENTRE

Rotunda Room

Encompassing the majority of Deerhurst’s function space, the Pavilion is an ideal meeting place for big events and those who need the convenience of everything under one roof. Two distinctive ballrooms  - the Waterhouse Ballroom and Peninsula Room – each offer their own attractions, while Legacy Hall provides centralized multi-function space for a variety of uses.

Two nearby clusters of break-out rooms, named after the Group of Seven painters, accommodate everything from an intimate boardroom to a dinner for 225. The Rotunda provides one of our most unique reception and small group dining spots, while the Grand Hallway offers creative stand-up dinner or exhibit functions.

Deerhurst BallroomWaterhouse Ballroom

A fashionable space decorated in rich hues, the Waterhouse Ballroom illuminates events with glowing chandeliers that highlight the 18-foot ceiling and rich red and gold colour scheme. It divides into five rooms and extends to reception space in the foyer. Plans for groups of 150 to 1,000 can easily be accommodated in this 8,288 square foot room.

Peninsula Room

Waterhouse RoomThis impressive venue is enhanced by classic Muskoka décor, forest tones and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Peninsula Lake in a tiered layout wellsuited to a stage area for speakers or live entertainment. The Peninsula Room opens onto the Rotunda space, ideal for displays or a dessert buffet, and the lengthy Terrace Deck that can be used for receptions and outdoor dining. The Peninsula Room’s 8,090 square feet work for groups of 150 to 600.

LEGACY HALL

Our sleek new multifunction space, is an ideal spot for tradeshows, concerts and special events. Featuring large doors for ease of set-up and acoustic panels for optimum sound quality, this flexible 11,000 sq. ft. space has plenty of access points. Legacy Hall’s utility is underscored by a dramatic industrial style ceiling and soothing taupe tones complimented with a blue and beige patterned carpet.

Bayshore Retreat

Executive RoomNext to one of Muskoka’s best-known lakes, the Bayshore building matches cozy accommodations with eight meeting and hospitality suites spread over three levels. Flexible function rooms ranging in size from 250 to 1,188 square feet adapt to a polished boardroom for 10, meeting for 40 or a reception for 90, making this an ideal getaway for executive meetings, brainstorming sessions or networking events that would be enhanced by close proximity to CW’s Lakeside Nightclub and the Lodge Show Room.

Tradeshow SpaceTHE 1896 LODGE

The building where Deerhurst guests first met over a century ago features attractive Lakeview meeting space. It also remains the resort’s entertainment hot spot, home to CW’s, our popular lakeside nightclub and casual dining venue, and the 200-seat Lodge Showroom, which can also be booked for private events depending on our performance schedule.
