- Plan by numbers: Start by surveying your group on their interest in a reunion and then compile and approximate the basics, how many people, how many days, any preferred and alternate dates, an overall budget or per person price range…
- Keep your cool: Getting everyone in your group to agree on details can be challenging. Make the effort and please the majority. People will come, and have fun.
- Be prompt in hotel planning: Most hotels have a deadline on how long they can old rooms and event space. Having a decision on where to stay also helps everything else fall into place.
